1.

Gemäß § 38 Abs. 2 Satz 2 der Außenwirtschaftsverordnung vom 2. August 2013 (BGBl. I S. 2865), die durch Artikel 1 der Verordnung vom 13. Dezember 2013 (BAnz AT 20.12.2013 V1) geändert worden ist, werden nachstehend diejenigen ausländischen Stellen bekannt gemacht, die zur Ausstellung von nicht-präferenziellen Ursprungszeugnissen für die Wareneinfuhr in das Inland berechtigt sind (Anlage).

2.

Der Runderlass Außenwirtschaft Nr. 8/2006 vom 26. Mai 2006 (BAnz. Nr. 104a vom 3. Juni 2006) wird aufgehoben.
